Asbestos Removal and Surveying
A highly experienced and competent company, we have been involved in asbestos abatement works for over 25 years. Our asbestos abatement projects are controlled and regulated by stringent in-house procedures and guidelines as issued by the Health and Safety Executive.Management and Pre Demolition/Refurbishment Surveys (Regulation 4 the duty to manage asbestos).
Asbestos surveys compliant with the Control of Asbestos Licensed Contractors Guide 2006. Each survey report contains:-
- Introduction covering the scope of work and an executive summary of the survey
- General site and survey information
- Survey results
- Assessment of risk and conclusions and actions
- Asbestos survey bulk sample analysis results with a set of survey plans and drawings.

- Preparation of site specific Plan of Work & Risk Assessment.
